Raising the standard of care for women’s wellness in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
A woman deserves to feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported - mentally, physically, and spiritually - through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
I am a certified midwife committed to guiding women through this sacred journey with respect, trust, and individualized care. With the support of my trusted assistants, I offer a personalized approach that honors each woman’s intuition, autonomy, and unique path.
I offer an intentional, relationship-based model of care that prioritizes education, connection, whole-person wellness, and true and complete informed consent. Birth is a transformative experience - and I believe it should be met with presence, reverence, and care that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

Our Team
Kristy Wilson, CDEM, CPM, BSM, ICST-C
Kristy has practiced a holistic and herbal-based lifestyle for over 20 years, with a focus on alternative medicine, nutrition, and whole foods. After the birth of her third child, she started studying midwifery independently, entered a formal apprenticeship, and became a certified midwife. She has given birth naturally 10 times, has attended over 600 births as a midwife and a doula, and provided care to hundreds of families.
Lauryn Healy,
Midwife Assistant, Certified Labor Doula, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist
Having first been present for six of her siblings' births, she was fourteen when she was first a doula for her mother. Having now attended over 100 births and having her own daughter at home, Lauryn supports laboring mothers both in hospitals and at their homes with care, experience, and empathy as a certified doula.
Brittany Stewart,
Midwife Assistant, Labor Support
Ever since attending the birth of her brother at the age of 14, Brittany has been interested in birth and midwifery. Since working with Kristy she has attended around 100 births. Brittany is a compassionate doula with a natural ability to support laboring mamas. In addition to her experience as a midwifery assistant and doula, she completed the Innovated Ultrasound Point of Care training. She has also begun training with the CST Alliance to be able to provide Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to our clients.
Naomi Wilson
Midwife Assistant, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist
In 2022, Naomi began attending births as an assistant for her mother. She has a passion for organization and is quick to respond to both needs of the clients and the midwife while maintaining a calming, protective presence in each mother’s birth space. In her first year as an assistant she became certified in OOH neonatal resuscitation and has attended over 50 births.
Jade Garcia, IBCLC
Jade is passionately devoted to helping struggling infants and their families find ways to secure healthy and nutritional beginnings to their infants development. The human body and our divine existence is a fascinating, beautiful network of energy and information. Approaching breastfeeding with a holistic view allows families to receive care for their loved ones that has a lasting impact beyond the breastfeeding relationship.
“My own childbirth experiences have deepened my appreciation for the strength of women and the importance of natural birth. It is my passion to support other women through their childbearing journey and help them discover their own inherent strength.”
— Kristy Wilson, CPM, BSM, Infant CST
