A New Path Toward Strength, Stability & Function

Restore Your Core® (RYC) is a comprehensive and sustainable fitness program that empowers women to feel strong, mobile, and functionally capable in their everyday lives.

Kristy Wilson, Midwife (CPM, CDEM) & Craniosacral Therapist (ICST-C) aims to help women in our community restore ideal pelvic floor function, improve core strength, and learn to move effectively and optimally.

Kristy is currently in training to become a certified RYC® teacher and is offering limited, invitation-only sessions during this phase. These sessions are part of her training process and are not open to the general public at this time.

What Makes RYC® Different?

RYC® empowers you to move better, feel stronger, and live fully in your body. Whether you’re postpartum, managing chronic discomfort, or simply wanting to reconnect with your core, this method focuses on real-life movement patterns, breathwork, and functional strength without the pressure of "bouncing back."

Our Core Beliefs

We aim to assist you in your personal transformation and abide by the following RYC Values as adapted from restoreyourcore.com:

  • We do not fix you. You are not broken. Bodies bend, not break. You are cells, not inert matter. Cells change, adapt, and respond to their environment.

  • Flat bellies are not better bellies. Functional has no “look.”

  • Healing is a journey, not a destination. It is normal to have some good days and some bad days. We have no expectations that every day will be a “good” body day.

  • Let’s normalize injury. Our culture stigmatizes injury, making us feel shame and “less than” for having one. Injuries are part of human existence, and we help you live with your body.

  • We help you do what you can achieve. You are able to live to your full potential.

  • Consistency matters. Habit matters. Commitment matters. We encourage and help you find a rhythm that works for you and commit to that. Change does not need to be huge. Small and steady!
